Dr. Olugbenga Emmanuel Bamigbowu, a scholar was born on 14/02.1972.
He attended Army Children School, Yaba (1977-1982), Archbishop Aggrey Memorial secondary school (1983-1988) for his Primary and Secondary education. He also attended schools of Medical Laboratory Science Lagos University Teaching Hospital (1992-1994) and University College Hospital, Ibadan (1995-1996) to obtain Associate of Institute of Medical Laboratory Science (AIMLS). Dr. Olugbenga attended Rivers State University of Science and Technology, now Rivers State University between year 2003- 2010 where he obtained Post Graduate Diploma(PGD) and Master of Science (M.Sc) in Chemical Pathology. He obtained his PhD in 2023 from Nnamdi Azikwe University Awka.
Dr. Olugbenga worked with various organisations previously. He was employed by University of Port Harcourt in 1999 and rose through the ranks to become an Assistant Director in 2022. Dr. Olugbenga has published over 50 articles in Peer review journals both locally and internationally. He has attended and presented papers at local and international conferences. He is married to his lovely wife with kids.
Dr. Olugbenga is currently an Assistant Director with University of Port Harcourt.
