36th Valedictory Lecture

I write to inform members of the University Community that the 36th Valedictory Lecture  of the University of Port Harcourt has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 15th April, 2025 at the CBN Centre of Excellence Building, University Park, by 3.00pm.

The lecture titled : “RELIEVING THE BURDEN OF VIOLENCE…. THAT OUR CHILDREN MAY THRIVE“ will be delivered by:

Department of Paediatrics and Child Health
Faculty of Clinical Sciences
College of Health Sciences

under  the  distinguished  Chairmanship  of  Professor  Owunari  A.  Georgewill,  Vice-Chancellor, University of Port Harcourt.

Guests are expected to be seated by 2.45 p.m. as the academic procession of the Lecturer will begin at 3.00 p.m. The General Public, Staff and Students are by this circular please invited to this important University Ceremony.
