PROF. KPEE GOSPEL GBARAYOR
Professor KPEE, Gospel Gbarayor hails from Bera Gokana in Bera Gokana, in Gokana Local Government Area of Rivers State. He attended State School Bera and BMGS Bori where he obtained Division I in WASC 1979.
He was an auxiliary teacher at his alma matar BMGS Bori before proceeding to FCE Pankshin (NCE 1984). He served NYSC in 1985. In 1990 he joined services of UDSS Uniport and rose to the rank of Vice Principal and Acting Principal. He obtained B.Sc (ed) Calabar (1988), M.Ed (1997) and Ph.D (2005) in Educational Administration, University of Port Harcourt. Appointed Lecturer II in University of Port Harcourt in November 2, 2005. Promoted to rank of Professor in October 2018.
Appointments in the University includes:
Faculty Time Table Officer- 2006, Coordinator, Certificate Programme in Education – 2009, Coordinator and Acting Director, Post NCE Sandwich Degree Programme- 2012 and 2017 respectively. Uniport Staff of the Month- 2019, Head Department of Educational Management – 2020 and currently Director Local Affiliation and University Wide Local Accreditation Centre.
Authored two textbooks and co-authored one. Published over 75 articles in national and 50 articles in international journals. Professor Kpee has attended over 220 conferences local and international. He serves on accreditation and resource verification panels of the NUC.
Prof. Victoria Chinasa Onyeike
Prof. Victoria Chinasa Onyeike hails from Ezinihitte Mbaise L.G. A. of Imo State, Nigeria. She attended Mater Miser Cordia Primary School, Port Harcourt and All Saints Primary school Udo in Ezinihitte Mbaise L.G.A. of Imo State. She proceeded to her secondary education at Mbaise Girls’ High School, Onicha Ezinihitte Mbaise L.G.A. of Imo State, also attended Umuopara Secondary School, Umuahia, Abia State where she sat for her Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) with good results. Prof. V.C. Onyeike possesses National Certificate in Education (NCE) from Federal College of Education, Yola, Adamawa State, Bachelor of Education from University of Ibadan (BSc.Ed), Master in Educational Management (M.Ed), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) all from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. She is an erudite scholar and a royal breed of excellent knowledge who has authored and co-authored over 120 academic publications both in local and international journals. She is a member of several professional bodies. Currently, she is a seasoned Professor in the Department of Educational Management, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. She is happily married and the union is blessed with wonderful children.
PASTOR EZEALA IROCHI LAZARUS (JP) Ph.D
Pastor Dr. I. L. Ezeala hails from Ehime-Mbano L. G. A. of Imo State, Nigeria. He attended Township Primary School, Umuelemai, Isi-Ala Mbano L. G. A. of Imo State. He attended St Andrews’ Remedial College, Diobu, Port Harcourt; he later proceeded to Community Secondary School, Oduohua in Emohua L.G.A. of Rivers State where he sat for his Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) with good results. Dr. I. L. Ezeala has Diploma in Theology (Dip. Theo.) from Redeemed Christian Bible College, Certificate in Discipleship from Redeemed School of Disciples, Lagos State, Certificate in Education (Cert.Ed), Bachelor of Education (BSc.Ed), Master in Educational Management (M.Ed), Master in Political Science (MSc), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) all from the University of Port Harcourt and research scholar in Ignatius Ajuru University of Education Rivers State, Nigeria. He is a prolific writer who has authored and co-authored over 30 academic publications both in local and international journals. He is a member of several professional bodies. Currently, he is a seasoned Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, Proprietor of Transformed Group of Schools, Director Transformed Global Multidiscipline Research Consult (TGMRC) and General Overseer of The Transformed Christian Church of God Inc. He is a family man with wonderful children.
Prof. Patricia Chinelo Ukaigwe
Professor Patricia Chinelo Ukaigwe is a Professor of Educational Management with specialization in Educational Administration at the University of Port Harcourt, Choba, Rivers State, Nigeria. Her qualifications include B.Ed (Nursing Studies from Flinders University of South Australia, M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Educational Administration (UPH), MSc (Nursing) from Bournemouth University, UK. She is a registered Nurse, Midwife and Nurse Educator by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. She is currently lecturing at the University of Port Harcourt, and has published extensively in local and international journals in the disciplines of Educational Management and Nursing Sciences. In addition, Professor P.C. Ukaigwe has also supervised numerous projects, dissertations and theses in both Departments of Educational Management and Nursing Sciences. She is a Fellow of the West African College of Nursing and a former Associate Dean of Students’ Affairs Department (2017-2021). She is a member of Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP), and Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM). She is also a consultant in Educational Administration and in Nursing.

DR. MRS. NWANKWO NGOZI BEATRICE
Born in May 13, 1965, I hail from Arondizuogu in Ideato-North Local Government Area of Imo State. I hold NCE degree in Integrated Social Studies in 1988 from Awka College of Education, Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counselling in 1990 from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Master of Education
(M.Ed) degree in 2005 and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Education in 2014 both from the University of Port Harcourt.
My area of specialization at Masters’ and Ph.D levels is Social Studies Education. I am currently a Senior Lecturer in the Social Studies Unit of the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, University of Port Harcourt.
I have so many articles published in both local and foreign journals. I teach many courses and supervise projects at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels. I am also involved in teaching practice supervision of the undergraduates in the Faculty of Education.
I am a member of many professional bodies among them are Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and Association of Educational Management and Policy Practitioners (AEMPP).

Professor Nzokurum, Joy Chimajulam (NEE OGAZI)
Born in November 6th, 1968 in Umunjam village in Mbieri Mbaitoli LGA, Imo State. She holds the following degrees: First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC), GCE (O’Level), Teachers Grace II (TC II), National Certificate in Education (NCE), B.Sc in Educational Physical Education (2nd Class Hons Upper Division), Master of Education (M.Ed) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Educational Management, specializing in Educational Administration.
She joined the service of the University of Port Harcourt in the year 2000 as a teacher with University Demonstration Primary School, and was later transferred to Academic Staff as an assistant lecturer with a review of status in 2010, and rose to the rank of a professor in 2023.
She has authored and co-authored books and journals along her area of interest and academic specialization, which have been published widely both locally and internationally. She has also graduated over 50 Ph.D and Master Students.
